Non-ordinary + Plant Medicine Consultation
An individualized consultation exploring the potential role of psychedelic, plant-based, and nonordinary medicines in mental health and healing, including medical cannabis certification. This appointment may include a comprehensive review of your mental health and medical history, previous treatment experiences, current research, potential benefits and risks, medication interactions, and available treatment pathways.
For individuals seeking a medical cannabis card, this visit also includes an evaluation of eligibility and certification when clinically appropriate and consistent with state requirements.
Our approach is grounded in harm reduction, evidence-informed care, informed choice, and respect for each person's unique experiences and goals.
Psychedelic medicines are not administered or provided during this appointment. Medical cannabis certification is available to adults 18+ in Iowa and New Mexico; certification is not guaranteed.
Comprehensive Psychiatric Medication Review &/or GeneSight Testing
A comprehensive, whole-person review of psychiatric diagnoses, current and previous medications, treatment experiences, and ongoing concerns. This consultation offers a fresh perspective on medication effectiveness, side effects, neurodivergent needs, and alternative treatment approaches, with individualized recommendations to help guide future care.
Optional GeneSight pharmacogenomic testing may be incorporated when clinically appropriate to provide additional insight into how genetic differences may affect the processing of certain psychiatric medications. Testing is not required and will be discussed based on individual needs and treatment history.
This is a consultation and second-opinion service, not ongoing psychiatric medication management. GeneSight testing may involve additional laboratory fees and a separate results-review appointment.
Mental Health & Neurodivergent Accommodations Consultation
An individualized, neuroaffirming evaluation for individuals seeking workplace or educational accommodations related to mental health conditions, ADHD, autism, or other neurodivergent needs. This appointment includes a review of relevant diagnoses, lived experiences, functional challenges, and support needs to identify reasonable accommodations that may improve accessibility, well-being, and success at work or school.
When clinically appropriate, documentation or an accommodation support letter may be provided to assist with accommodation requests under the ADA or other applicable protections.

Psilocybin & Emerging Therapies
New Mexico is developing a regulated Medical Psilocybin Program. Psilocybin treatment is not currently available through Stardust, and we do not dispense or administer psilocybin unless and until it is legally authorized and we are permitted to do so. We'll update this page as legal options develop.
In-person & telehealth: Appointments are available in person in Albuquerque (ABQ), as well as via telehealth. Non-ordinary + plant medicine consultations are available in Iowa, New Mexico, and Washington. Medical cannabis certification is available to adults 18+ in Iowa and New Mexico.
Availability varies by service. All services are provided within applicable state and federal law and within our scope of practice. Nothing here is a guarantee of outcome, and no treatment is presented as a cure.
